1. Install battery and thermal paper correctly, turn on the printer.

2. Turn on bluetooth function of your mobile phone, search for device, paired with printer, password 1234.

3. If you have retail software, pos software, open your software, print receipt via bluetooth printing. It work normally if receipt is printed.

4. If you do not have software, install our apk."Print Demo" on your mobile phone, turn on your phone bluetooth function, search device and paired with printer, password 1234. Open Print Demo,connect printer, input text to test printing performance.

5. Develop your specific software according to our manual or source codes.

For other printers,

You can consider a EasyPal printer the same as other office printers. Follow the procedure described below.

1. Check the communication cable of the printer. (Serial, Parallel, USB, or Ethernet)

2. Connect one end of the communication cable to the communication port on the back of the printer and the other end to the communication port of the PC.

3. Connect the power cord to the printer.

4. Turn on the printer and check whether power is supplied correctly.

5. Copy the right windows driver from CD rom, install it on your PC.

6. When the driver installation is complete, run the Test Print to check the printer.

7. Printer installation is complete if the test page is printed correctly.
